Yumeng Liu is a researcher focused on energy transition, climate policy, and wildlife conservation. She holds an MPP from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Laws from Peking University. Yumeng has experience in environmental research, policy communication, and data analysis, having worked with the Power Transformation Lab, World Resources Institute, TRAFFIC, and Greenpeace. She is proficient in R, Python, QGIS, and fluent in Mandarin, English, and French.
